Kyle Flindt Kyle practices in the areas of patent preparation and prosecution, with an emphasis on international, computer hardware, software, Internet law, and electro-mechanical devices. He also assists in trademark and copyright registration, prosecution, and related litigation. Kyle is also admitted to practice before federal and state courts in Washington and Utah. His professional memberships include the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society (JRCLS). Kyle is also fluent in German. In his spare time, Kyle is extensively involved with his family in various charitable and community organizations, including the local scout group and soccer club. |
